What a company gets here

Three things today, and a plain list of what is not built yet. We would rather you know which is which before you decide anything.

What works today

A profile that people find

Your company has a page with its reviews, rating and details. It is indexed and reachable without an account — that is what most people arrive through.

Badges for your own website

Ready-made snippets showing your rating and review count. Copy the HTML from your profile and paste it in; they update on their own.

How the badges work

Reporting a review

If a review breaks the rules, report it. Reports are followed up by hand and the outcome is documented. A review cannot be removed simply because a company asks.

Community guidelines

What is not built yet

This page used to list all of the following as available. None of it exists. It is written out so you can see the gap rather than discover it later.

  • Replying to a review — there is no response function at all yet
  • Response templates, automated follow-ups, private messaging
  • Sentiment analysis, competitor benchmarking, custom reports
  • Automated fraud detection, attack monitoring, legal support
  • Customer demographics, behaviour patterns, loyalty metrics
  • Notifications of any kind
  • An API — see the API page for where that stands

If one of these would decide it for you, say so through the contact form. Knowing what is actually needed is worth more than a longer list.
