VerifyPilot is a review platform that allows consumers to share experiences about businesses and helps businesses manage their online reputation. Our services include:

• Review submission and publication platform
• Business profile creation and management
• Reports of reviews that break the guidelines, reviewed by hand
• A public profile for every company, free of charge
• The right to edit or delete your own reviews at any time

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Keep your contact information current and accurate

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent reviews
• Review your own business or competitor businesses
• Offer or accept payment for reviews
• Use the platform to harass, threaten, or defame others
• Post content that violates intellectual property rights
• Attempt to manipulate ratings or rankings
• Use automated tools to access or interact with the Service
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform

Review Guidelines

Reviews must be:

• Based on genuine, first-hand experiences
• Relevant to the business being reviewed
• Respectful and constructive in tone
• Free from personal attacks or discriminatory language

Prohibited Content

• Spam, promotional content, or advertisements
• Hate speech, discriminatory, or offensive content
• Personal information of individuals (privacy violations)
• Content that violates applicable laws or regulations

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant VerifyPilot a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform.

Our Content

The VerifyPilot platform, including its design, functionality, and original content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Business Accounts

• Businesses may claim and manage their profiles
• Businesses must respond professionally to reviews
• Manipulation of reviews or ratings is strictly prohibited

Costs

Claiming and managing a company profile is free of charge. There are no paid plans at present. Should that change, no existing feature will start costing money without you choosing it.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-generated content, including reviews and ratings.

IN NO EVENT SHALL VERIFYPILOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
