What Can You Report?

We take all reports seriously. Here are the main categories of content violations you can report.

Inappropriate Content

Offensive language, harassment, or inappropriate behavior

Common examples:

  • Hate speech or discrimination
  • Personal attacks or harassment
  • Inappropriate images or content

Fake or Fraudulent Reviews

Reviews that appear to be fake, paid, or fraudulent

Common examples:

  • Reviews from non-customers
  • Paid or incentivized reviews
  • Reviews by business competitors

Privacy Violations

Content that shares private information inappropriately

Common examples:

  • Personal contact information
  • Private conversations
  • Confidential business information

Spam or Promotional

Irrelevant promotional content or spam

Common examples:

  • Unrelated promotional links
  • Repetitive spam content
  • Off-topic advertisements

Impersonation

Someone pretending to be another person or business

Common examples:

  • Fake user profiles
  • Impersonating public figures
  • False business representation

Business Misconduct

Inappropriate behavior by business accounts

PNG, JPG up to 10MB each (max 5 files)

Important: False reports may result in restrictions on your account. Only report content that genuinely violates our Community Guidelines. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team.

Reports are typically reviewed within 24-48 hours. Urgent reports are prioritized.

Possible Actions

Content Removal

The reported content is removed from the platform

Content Warning

A warning label is added to the content

User Warning

The user receives a warning about policy violations

Account Restriction

Temporary restrictions are placed on the user's account

Account Suspension

The user's account is temporarily or permanently suspended

No Action

No policy violation found, no action taken
